Natural emotions, real people and photos you will want to look at again and again. I photograph weddings in Jēkabpils, Rīga, Aizkraukle, Madona and all over Latvia. 300+ weddings and full-frame Sony cameras with two memory cards in each, recording at the same time.

How does booking work?
Write or call, and we check whether your date is free. Then we sign a contract and you pay a booking deposit. The amount depends on the package.
How many photos will we get?
A full wedding day usually gives at least 600 photos, big weddings 800-1000. Shorter packages have fewer photos, and the exact number is listed with each package.
Are the photos backed up?
Always. Each camera has two memory cards recording at the same time. After the wedding the photos are copied to two separate storages. After editing they are kept in the cloud for at least 2 years and on my own drives for 5-7 years.
What if the gear breaks?
My bag always has a spare camera, a spare lens and several flashes. Every piece of gear has a backup, so there is no reason to worry.
How much is an engagement shoot?
With the full-day package the engagement shoot is free. It is also the best way to get to know each other before the big day.
Should there be a seat for the photographer at the table?
If I photograph for 5 hours or more, it would be kind to plan lunch or dinner for me too.
Do you also film video?
I am a photographer and on the wedding day I am responsible for the photos. Video is usually filmed by another person with video gear.
Can we book two photographers?
Of course, for very big weddings it is even recommended. I have several great colleagues who are happy to join me.
A photo shoot that does not look posed
You do not need to know how to pose. We walk, we talk, and I tell you where to stand and what to do with your hands. For kids it is a game, for adults a walk.

We reschedule for free. Or we go to the studio if the date matters.

Of course. Dogs are often the best models.
Christenings without the rush
The ceremony in church takes half an hour, but that is where the moments are that cannot be repeated. I work quietly, without flash and without getting in the way, so you can simply be there.

Can you also photograph the celebration at home?
Yes. Then we add time at the hourly rate, usually 1-2 hours are enough.
Are photos allowed in church?
Almost everywhere, as long as there is no flash and no walking around the altar. I always check with the priest first.
What should we wear?
Light, calm colours look best. Avoid big logos and neon colours.
Events the way they really were
Reportage that covers the speeches and awards, and everything that happens in between. I work unnoticed and deliver fast, so you can publish the same week.
